Arosa is a well established resort combining tradtional sophistication with the more casual and relaxed atmosphere of today. The village and most of the pistes are south facing, but snow conditions are very good thanks to the altitude. The resort offers excellent restaurants in the village and a popular night time venue is the Casino, with its bar, disco and restaurant.

This charming village in the Canton Valais is surrounded by impressive mountains, most notably the Dom which is the highest mountain completely within Switzerland.
